12 week men’s group

This is a confidential space for men to speak honestly about what it’s like to be a man in today’s world.
We’ll meet weekly to unpack real-life challenges, unwind conditioning, and support one another in living with integrity and authenticity. This is not about fixing or performing. It’s about being real, being seen, and being accountable.
What’s included:
Weekly 2-hour live group calls for 12 weeks
A pod of 3 men for daily accountability and support
A safe, respectful, and confidential container
Sessions will be on Tuesdays 3-5pm MST. Group size is limited to 9 men
This group is for men who are male-bodied and male-identifying, and who are willing to show up with honesty, responsibility, and presence.

Coaching sessions are a prerequisite to doing journey work with me.

one on one breathwork
2-Hour In-Person Breathwork Session (Boulder Co)
Prerequisite - 2 One on One Sessions
This immersive container invites deeper awareness of what’s ready to be seen, felt, and integrated. Each session begins with a personal emotional check-in, followed by a guided journey that creates space for unfelt experiences to be witnessed and supported. These sessions always follow the attuned pace of each individual’s energetic process.
With over a decade of experience, I draw on an intuitive and tailored approach that honors each person’s unique unfolding.
We’ll use Circular/Connected breathing to access expanded states of consciousness and connect with higher aspects of Self. This modality can support transformation across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Expect 50 minutes of active breath while lying in a restorative position. No prior experience needed.

MedICine journey
5 hour In-Person Session
Prerequisite - 5 (1 on 1) Sessions or 2 (1 on 1) sessions + 2 Breathwork Journeys
This is for those seeking intentional, heart-centered exploration and meaningful transformation through medicine journey work. I create a safe container where we can gently navigate expanded states of consciousness and reconnect with our deepest selves. My goal is to help us gain profound insights, release old patterns, and align with our authentic truth.
This session is for individuals already engaged in coaching and/or breathwork with me. It offers a potent and profound way to deepen and integrate the work we’ve been cultivating together.
The package includes a prep and integration call to support in creating safety and imprinting the learnings of our session.

PRIVate Events
I bring my music and dance facilitation directly to private events by curating conscious dance journeys that invite us to explore authentic self-expression, connection, and celebration. By blending movement, communal synergy, and playfulness, I create a transformative atmosphere where we can freely move, express ourselves, and experience the aliveness of dance. My aim is to help us discover new depths of connection, both with ourselves and with one another, through the power of embodied rhythms.
Private events include, but not limited to: Retreats, parties, weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate wellness events, conscious festivals, community gatherings, milestone ceremonies, team building experiences, and private group immersions.
I am able to provide a full sound-system, which can be customized for small or large groups.
